The Hofstra Pride got out to an early 6-0 lead and held on to win 8-2 against Manhattan. Ryan Donovan and TJ Ehrsam each compiled three hits and Robbie Cafiero drove in three runs.
Nick Kozlowski was awarded with the victory, he improves to 4-1 on the season. Brett Schreiber earned the save for firing the final three innings, while striking out four batters.
Hofstra will take on NYIT today at home at 3:00 and they will look to reach .500.
