The Duke Blue Devils knocked off Wisconsin last night by the score of 68-63, behind Tyus Jones clutch shooting, for their fifth National Championship.
There are some baseball players with Long Island connections that either attended, or root unabashedly, for Duke University and they were justifiably excited after that victory.

From my perspective, the conclusion of this game means one less sport to get in the way of baseball. Now, we just need basketball and hockey to end.
