Who Are The Top Remaining Uncommitted 2019s?

With the weather cooling down and football season in gear, I thought it would be a good time to take a look and see which of the top seniors remain unsigned.

By no means is it too late, it used to be the norm for a player to wait until the fall of their season year to decide where they will attend college. Times have changed, though, and many of the elite players have announced their verbal commitments as soon as their freshman year.
